贫富差距(Gap,between,the,Rich,and,the,Poor)篇一：GapbetweentheRichandthePoorinChinaGapbetweentheRichandthePoorinChinaNowthereisawidespreadconcern(广泛关注)inchinaoverthewideninggapbetweentherichandthepoor.WearesurprisedtolearnthatapopsingercanmakeoverahundredthousandYuanforoneperformanceovernight,whileitmaytakeanaveragefarmerhislifetimetoearnthatmuch.Thecauseliesinthreeaspects.First,thegapistheresultoftheeconomicreform(经济体制改革).Someseizetheopportunitiesandbecomemillionairesbyworkinghardandmeanwhiletheslowdevelopmentinagriculturehinders(阻碍)thefarmersfromraisingtheirlivingstandardsandtheclosedownofmanystate-owned(国营)enterprisesrendersthejoblesspoverty-stricken.Second,thecurrentdistributing(分配)ofincomeisnotscientificandreasonable,thuswideningtheincomedifference.Third,whilemostmakemoneyhonestly,therearesomedishonest(不诚实)businessmenandgovernmentofficialswhohaveaccumulatedlargefortunesbyillegal(违法的)ways.Tonarrowthegap,thegovernmentshouldtakeeffectiveactionstohelpthepoor,andmeanwhilestrictlyenforce(严格实施)lawstoeliminatecorruption(腐败)ingovernment.Ontheotherhand,reformonincomedistributionshouldbecarriedoutandstrictincometaxation(税)shouldbemademoreworkableandeffectivetonarrowpeople'sincomegap.Andfinally,thetraditional"lawofvalue"and"principle(原则)ofmorepayformorework"shouldhavetheirfinalsay.Toadmitortoforbid?Gaymarriagehasbeenhotlydebatedinthenewsinrecentyears.Whilemanypeoplestillopposegaymarriageonreligiousgrounds,anditsinfluenceonoffspringandhealth.Butinmymind,gaymarriageshouldbelegislated.Threepointscansupportit.First,gaymarriageisakindofhumanright.Ononehand,Homosexualityisneitheradisordernoradisease,butratheranormalvariantofhumansexualorientation.Inessentialpsychologicalrespects,theserelationshipsareequivalenttoheterosexualrelationships.Ontheotherhand,allthepeoplehavetherighttochoosehisorhermarriagestyle.Itisueasonabletoforbidordiscriminateotherpeople’schoice.Second,someopponentsmaystressthatbecausegaymarriagecan’tgivebirthtochildren.Whilethe21stcenturyisatimeofpopulationexplosion,itis
