摘要中小企业在我国的国民经济中具有重要的作用而中小企业人才是中小企业技术进步的源泉是企业创新的主体。在中小企业的生存与发展过程中人才注定起了关键性的作用。但是目前中小企业却不同程度面临着吸引不到人才和留不住人才的局面。广大中小企业如何吸引人才、培训员工并最终留住人才便成为中小企业经营者都十分关心的问题。面对人才竞争日益激烈的经济社会迫切需要对中小企业人才管理进行研究建立中小企业人才吸引、培训和稳定系统。本文在分析中中小企业人才管理理论及其现状的基础上指出我国中小企业在选择、使用人才方面的诸多误区通过中小企业在吸引人才方面的优势及劣势分析建立了更为合理、更为规范的中小企业人才管理体系并科学地提出了我国中小企业人才管理的构想。本文通过对中小企业的分析根据中小企业的特点比较系统和详细地提出了中小企业吸引人才、培训人才和稳定人才队伍的策略。关键词:中小企业人才流失人才吸引人才培训人才稳定AbstractThemiddle&SmallCorporationplaysimportantroleinthenationaleconomyofourcountryandthetalentofmiddleandsmallbusinessesisthesourceofthetechnicaladvanceofmiddle&SmallCorporationisthemainpartofenterpriseinnovation.Indevelopmentcourseandthesurvivalofmiddle&SmallCorporationtalenttherolethathasbeendoomedcrucialness.Butnowmiddle&SmallCorporationdifferentlevelisfacedwithtoattractdonotgototalentwithreservedonotlivethesituationoftalent.Largemiddle&SmallCorporationhowtoattracttalentandtrainingemployeeandeventuallyreservetalentbecomesthemanagerofmiddle&SmallCorporationtheproblemthatcaredforverymuch.Facethetalenteconomywithincreasinglyintensecompetitionsocietyurgentneedsarestudiedforthetalentmanagementofmiddle&SmallCorporationestablishingthetalentofmiddle&SmallCorporationattracttrainandstabilizesystem.ThispaperisanalyzingthefoundationofChineseandforeigntalentmanagementtheoryanditspresentsituationofmiddle&SmallCorporationpointoutthemiddle&SmallCorporationofourcountryinoptionmakechooseapersonforthejobjustmanymistakesdistrictofaspectthroughmiddle&SmallCorporationisattractingtheanalysisofinferiorpositionandtheadvantageintheaspectoftalenthaveestablishedthemorereasonablemorestandardtalentmanagementsystemofmiddle&SmallCorporationandhaveputforwardtheconceptionofthetalentmanagementofourcountryofmiddle&SmallCorporationscientificall
