社会责任会计在国内履行难点及对策研究[摘要]随着社会经济发展，公司社会责任，如保护生态环境，改进职工工作和生活条件，保护消费者利益，能源、矿产保护和运用、人力资源开发运用等方面越来越受到人们注重。社会责任会计浮现适应了当代社会发展趋势，在西方国家,政府通过社会责任会计报告来加强对公司经济行为干预,社会大众也逐渐开始关注公司社会责任履行状况。因而,社会责任会计一经产生就受到理论界、会计职业团队和政府高度注重。但是，社会责任会计研究在国内仅经历了十几年历史，理论研究尚不十提成熟，在实际应用方面更是存在着诸多问题。本文从国内公司社会责任实行角度出发，一方面阐述了公司社会责任会计含义、对象、计量办法以及目的，另一方面对国内实行社会责任会计必要性进行了简介，公司社会责任会计不但是公司自身发展需要，同步也为国内会计模式改革提供了研究方向。最后针对国内国情和社会责任会计现状，提出了完善社会主义社会责任会计建议。通过完善有关立法工作，增强公司责任意识，完善社会责任披露机制等方面，来谋求一条可持续发展公司社会责任会计之路。[核心词]社会责任，社会责任会计，难点，对策DifficultiesandCountermeasurestoImplementSocialResponsibilityAccountinginChina[Abstract]Withthedevelopmentofsocialeconomy，thesocialresponsibilityoftheenterprise，suchastheprotectionofecologicalenvironment，improvingtheworkingandlivingconditions，protectstheconsumers'interests.Energy，mineralresourcesprotectionandthedevelopmentandutilizationofhumanresourceshaveattractedmoreandmoreattention.Theemergenceofsocialresponsibilityaccountingadaptedtothetrendsofmodernsociety.Inwesterncountries，thegovernmentthroughthesocialresponsibilityaccountingreporttostrengthenenterpriseeconomicbehavioroftheinterventionandsocialpublicalsograduallybeginstopaycloseattentiontothesocialresponsibilityoftheenterpriseperformance.Therefore，socialresponsibilityaccountingappearedtobehighvaluedbythetheory，accountingprofessionalbodiesandgovernmentHowever，thesocialresponsibilityaccountingresearchinourexperiencedonlytenyearsofhistoryandtheoryandthestudywasnotverymature，inactualapplicationsbutalsohasverymanyproblems.Thisarticlecomesfromtheimplementationofcorporatesocialresponsibilitypointofview.First，itexpoundedthesocialresponsibilityoftheenterpriseaccountingmeaning，object，measuringmethodsandgoalsofourcountry，thenitalsoexpoundedthenecessityofimplementingthesocialresponsibilityaccounting.CorporatesocialresponsibilityaccountingisnotonlytheneedofthedevelopmentofenterprisesinChina，butalsoprovidestheresearchdirectionforthereformofaccountingpattern.Finally，accordingtoChina'snationalconditionsandthesocialresponsibilityaccountingpresentsituatio
