TestRunPlanforPumpEquipment泵设备单机试车方案1.Description编制说明Pumpequipmentinthisprojectismainlyusedforfirefightingsystemand9902and9901watersystems.Thisplanmainlydescribesunittestrunofpump,withthepresenceofOwner,SupervisionCompany,EquipmentSupplierandContractor.本工程泵设备主要用于消防系统及9902、9901水系统，本方案主要阐述泵的单机试运行。本试车由施工单位;监理单位;建设单位及设备供应商一起参与.2.Reference编制依据2.1ConstructiondrawingsprovidedbyEastChinaEngineeringTechnologyCo.,Ltd.东华工程科技股份有限公司提供的施工图2.2Productinstructionsandsupportinginformation产品说明书及随机资料。2.3UniversalCodeforConstructionandAcceptanceofMEInstallationProject《机械设备安装工程施工及验收通用规范》GB50231-982.4CodeforConstructionandAcceptanceofCompressor,Fan,PumpInstallationProject《压缩机、风机、泵安装工程施工及验收规范》GB50275-983.Testrun试车3.1Technicalpreparation技术准备3.1.1Preparationbeforetestrun试车前应检查下列工作是否完成；3.1.2Checkallrunningequipmentbymovingwithhand.Theyshouldbeflexiblewithoutblockage.Andcheckifdistributioncabinetandmotorterminalmeetrequirements.检查各转动设备，用手盘动，应灵活，无卡滞现象,配电柜是否符合要求，及电机接线端子是否符合产品要求。3.1.3Testmotorwindingandinsulationresistanceofcableswithmeggerensuringminresistanceof0.5MΩ.用兆欧表测试电机绕组及电缆绝缘电阻，确保绝缘电阻值不得低于0.5MΩ；3.1.4Checkifmotorwindingmatcheswithmotornameplate.检查电机绕组接法是否与电机铭牌相符；3.1.5Checkcontinuityofcableswithmulti-metertoensuretheyareundergoodcondition.用万用表检查电缆的连续性，确保电缆完好；3.1.6Cablesshouldbesecurelyconnectedandthesignscorrectlyputup.电缆接线牢固、电缆标牌悬挂正确；3.1.7Checkifmotorcouplerisdisconnected.Forthosethatcannotbedisconnected,testthemwithmechanicalpartstogetherunderemptyloadafterpreviouspermissionfrommanufacturer.电机联轴节是否脱开，对于确实无法脱开的应在取得厂方的同意后连同机械部分空载一同试运。3.1.8Testoperatorsshouldbefamiliarwithequipmentstructure,performanceandtechnicaldocumentsandgetthehangofoperationsaswellasrulesandregulations.参加试运转的人员，应熟悉设备的构造、性能、设备技术文件，并应掌握操作规程及试运转操作。3.1.9Cleanequipmentandsurroundingareasandnoworkswithdustandlargenoisesareallowednearby.设备本体及周围环境应清理干净，设备附近不得进行有粉尘的或噪音较大的作业。3.1.10Explaintechnicalrequirementstotestoperatorsandcascaderesponsibilitiestospecificpersons.对参加试运转人员应进行安全技术交底，要做到分工明确责任到人。3.2Runtestofwaterpump(FFmotorizedp
