外国人在中国就业管理规定英文ChapterlGeneralProvisionsArticle1TheseRulesareformulatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftherelevantlawsanddecreesforthepurposeofstrengtheningtheadministrationofemploymentofforeignersinChinaArticle2Theterm"foreigners"intheseRulesreferstothepersons,whoundertheNationalityLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,donothaveChinesenationality.Theterm"employmentofforeignersinChina"intheseRulesreferstoactsofforeignerswithoutpermanentresidencestatustoengageinremunerativeworkwithinChineseterritoryinaccordancewiththelaws.Article3TheseRulesshallapplytoemployedforeignerswithinChineseterritoryandtheiremployers.TheseRulesshallnotapplytoforeignerswhoenjoydiplomaticprivilegesandimmunitiesemployedbyforeignembassiesorconsulates,ortheofficesoftheUnitedNationsandotherinternationalorganizationsinChina.Article4Thelabouradministrativeauthoritiesofthepeople'sgovernmentoftheprovinces,autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyundertheCentralGovernmentandthoseattheprefectureandcitylevelwiththeirauthorizationareresponsiblefortheadministrationofemploymentofforeignersinChina.ChapterIIEmploymentLicenseArticle5TheemployershallapplyfortheemploymentpermissionifitintendstoemployforeignersandmaydosoafterobtainingapprovalandThePeople'sRepublicofChinaEmploymentLicenseforForeigners(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"EmploymentLicense").Article6Theposttobefilledbytheforeignerrecruitedbytheemployershallbethepostofspecialneed,apostthatcannotbefilledbyanydomesticcandidatesforthetimebeingbutviolatesnogovernmentregulations.Noemployershallemployforeignerstoengageincommercializedentertainingperformance,exceptforthepersonsqualifiedunderArticle9(3)oftheseRules.Article7AnyforeignersseekingemploymentinChinashallmeetthefollowingconditions:(1)18yearsofageorolderandingoodhealth(2)withprofessionalskillsandjobexperiencerequiredfortheworkofintendedemployment;(3)withnocriminalrecord;(4)aclearly-definedemployer;(5)withvalidpassportorotherinternationaltraveldocumentinlieuofthepassport(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"TravelDocument").Ar
