中国地质大学长城学院本科毕业论文题目价值链导向的企业营运资金管理研究—以海尔集团为例院别经济学院专业会计学学生姓名王月学号013130211指导教师韩春丽职称讲师2017年4月30日价值链导向的企业营运资金管理研究—以海尔集团为例摘要世界经济一体化的形成使得我国企业的各方面都发生了深刻的改变，同时过去营运资金的管理受到了极大的调整。传统的营运资金由于自身的不足，已经不能满足企业管理的要求。我国企业为了在市场中能够获得更大的竞争力，资金运营与管理方面也需要与时俱进，不断创新，让企业营运资金管理能够满足企业不断健康发展的需要。本文我主要分为以下几个方面进行描写：首先阐述一下价值链导向的企业营运资金管理的相关理论，什么是价值链，营运资金的概念是什么；然后以海尔集团作为本次研究的企业对象，介绍了它的一些概况，并探讨了该公司价值链导向的营运资金管理现状；接着写海尔集团在价值链导向的企业营运资金管理中存在的问题以及解决的最佳对策；最后得出结论。当代公司对价值管理的关注度在逐渐增加，甚至把它放于首要位置，在价值链上发起激烈的竞争是企业生存发展的唯一选择。为了使企业自身竞争力得以提高，必须在价值链最薄弱的环节进行提高。在文章中提出，应该将价值链理论与企业营运资金管理实践组合起来，位于价值链这一角度来加强营运资金的管理，为我国现代家电公司已经或可能出现的营运资金管理瓶颈，给予一定的可参考意见。关键词：价值链；海尔集团；营运资金管理ABSTRACTWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofeconomicglobalization,theenterpriseenvironmenthasundergonegreatchanges,leadingtothetraditionalmanagementoftheenterprisemanagementfundshavebeenahugeimpact.Thetraditionalworkingcapitalbecauseoftheirownshortcomings,hasbeenunabletomeettherequirementsofenterprisemanagement.Inordertokeepupwiththepaceofmarketcompetition,enterpriseworkingcapitalmanagementmustbeinnovative,sothattheenterprise'sworkingcapitalmanagementcanadapttothedevelopmentofenterprises.Inthispaper,Imainlydividedintoseveralaspectstodescribe:First,explainthevaluechain-orientedbusinessworkingcapitalmanagementtheory,whatisthevaluechain,whatistheworkingcapital;followedbyHaierGroupvaluechain-orientedbusinessworkingcapitalmanagementThestatusquo,HaierGroup,thebasicsituationandHaierGroupvaluechain-orientedworkingcapitalmanagementstatus;thenwriteHaierGroupinthevaluechain-orientedenterpriseoperatingfundsmanagementproblemsandsolutionstothebestcountermeasures;finallyconcluded.Thecoreconceptofcontemporaryenterprisemanagementisthevaluechainmanagement,hasbeenwidelyattention,inthevaluechainonthefiercecompetitionistheonlychoiceforthesurvivalanddevelopmentofenterprises.Inordertoimprovethecompetitivenessofenterprisesthemselves,wemustimprovetheweakestlinkinthevaluechain.Therefore,fromtheperspectiveofthevaluechainofthemanagementofworkingcapitalanalysis,thevaluechaintheoryandbusinessmanag
