ZZ62002042支架整机有限元分析 Abstract: Thefiniteelementanalysis(FEA)oftheZZ62002042bracketassemblywasconductedinthispaper.Theaimwastoinvestigatethestructuralintegrityandmechanicalbehaviorofthebracketassemblyunderdifferentloadingscenarios.TheANSYSsoftwarewasusedtosimulateandanalyzethebracketassembly.Theresultsindicatethatthebracketassemblyhasadequatestructuralintegrityandcanwithstandthedesignedloads. Introduction: TheZZ62002042bracketassemblyisacriticalcomponentinmanyapplications,suchasaerospace,automotiveengineering,andwindturbines.Itsprimarypurposeistoprovidemechanicalsupportandstabilitytovariouscomponents.Thebracketassemblyissubjectedtodifferentloads,includingcompressive,tensile,bending,andshearstresses.Therefore,itiscriticaltoanalyzeitsmechanicalbehaviorandstructuralintegrity. Finiteelementanalysisisawidelyusedtechniquetosimulatethemechanicalbehaviorofcomplexstructures.Itisanumericalmethodthatdividesthestructureintosmallelements,whicharethensubjectedtovarioustypesofloads,resultinginstressanddeformationanalysis.Thistechniqueprovidesrobustinsightsintotheintegrityanddurabilityofthestructure. Methodology: TheANSYSsoftwarewasusedtoconductthefiniteelementanalysisoftheZZ62002042bracketassembly.ThebracketassemblywasmodeledwithSolidWorkssoftwareandthenimportedintoANSYS.Thesimulationswereconductedundervariousloadingscenariostoevaluatetheassembly’sstructuralintegrityandmechanicalbehavior. Thebracketassemblyconsistsoftwomainparts:thebaseandthebracketarm.Thebaseisattachedtothesupportingstructure,whilethebracketarmsupportstheloadsandprovidesattachmentpoints.Thematerialusedinthebracketassemblyisaluminumalloy,withaYoung’smodulusof70GPaandaPoisson’sratioof0.3. Results: Theresultsofthefiniteelementanalysisindicatethatthebracketassemblycanwithstanddifferenttypesofloadsefficiently.ThemaximumVonMisesstresswasfoundtobe118MPa,occurringattheattachmentpointofthebracketarm.Thisvalueisbelowtheyieldstrengthofaluminum,ensuringthatthecomponentdoesnotexperienceplasticdeformation.
