摘要
施工图预算是根据施工图，按照各专业工程的预算工程量计算规则统计计算出工程量，并考虑实施施工图的施工组织设计确定的施工方案或方法，按照现行预算定额、工程建设费用定额、材料预算价格和建设主管部门规定的费用计算程序及其他取费规定等，确定的单位工程、单项工程及建设项目建筑安装工程造价的技术和经济文件。
本设计所选“唐山市容和景苑7#住宅楼”工程位于唐山市市区，总建筑面积10145.19平方米，建筑层数±0.000标高以上为十层，地下两层。建筑高度33.65米，结构形式为抗震剪力墙结构。本设计是根据唐山市容和景苑7#住宅楼施工图纸，并以2008年《河北省消耗量定额工程量计算规则汇编》、《2008年全国统一建筑工程基础定额河北省消耗量定额》和《2008年全国统一建筑装饰装修工程消耗量定额河北省消耗量定额》为算量及计价依据，按照施工图预算的编制程序，遵循工程量计算规则，手算工程量并根据计算数据，利用广联达GBQ4.0计价软件编制了本工程的施工图预算。
