反应性膨胀型阻燃剂的制备及阻燃HDPE的研究的中期报告
摘要：
本文旨在报道反应性膨胀型阻燃剂的制备及其在高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）中的应用研究。首先，合成了一种可作为膨胀型阻燃剂的有机磷酸酐（DOPO）衍生物及其聚合物（PDMAEMA-DOPO），并进行了表征。接着，将其加入到HDPE中，制备了相应的阻燃材料，并进行了性能测试。结果表明，加入PDMAEMA-DOPO后，HDPE的极限氧指数（LOI）从21.5%提高到了26.7%，表明其阻燃性能得到了明显改善。同时，热重分析表明PDMAEMA-DOPO的分解温度为341℃，证明其具备较好的热稳定性。

Abstract:
Thepurposeofthispaperistoreportthepreparationofreactiveexpansion-typeflameretardantsandtheirapplicationinhighdensitypolyethylene(HDPE).Firstly,anorganicphosphoricanhydride(DOPO)derivativeanditspolymer(PDMAEMA-DOPO)canbeusedasexpansion-typeflameretardantsweresynthesizedandcharacterized.Then,itwasaddedtoHDPEtopreparethecorrespondingflame-retardantmaterials,andtheirpropertiesweretested.TheresultsshowedthatafteraddingPDMAEMA-DOPO,thelimitoxygenindex(LOI)ofHDPEincreasedfrom21.5%to26.7%,indicatingthatitsflameretardancywassignificantlyimproved.Atthesametime,thermalanalysisshowedthatthedecompositiontemperatureofPDMAEMA-DOPOwas341℃,indicatingthatithadgoodthermalstability.
