氮杂环卡宾环金属钌化合物的合成及插炔反应研究的中期报告 Abstract Inthisreport,wedescribedtheprogressmadeinthesynthesisofnitrogen-basedcarbeneligandsandtheirrutheniumcomplex.Thereactionofdiazocompoundsand1,3-diiminoisoindolineproducedaseriesofnitrogen-basedcarbeneligands,whichwerethenusedtopreparerutheniumcomplexes. ThepreparedrutheniumcomplexeswerecharacterizedbyNMRspectroscopy,IRspectroscopy,andmassspectrometry.Thecatalyticactivityofthecomplexesinalkyneinsertionreactionswasevaluatedusingdiphenylacetyleneasasubstrate.Preliminaryresultsshowedpromisingcatalyticactivity,withgoodyieldsofthedesiredproduct. Introduction Metalcarbenecomplexeshaveattractedconsiderableattentionduetotheirpotentialascatalystsinavarietyoforganicreactions.Amongvariousmetalcarbenecomplexes,rutheniumcomplexeshavebeenextensivelystudiedduetotheirhighactivity,selectivity,andstability.Thedevelopmentofnewligandsforrutheniumcarbenecomplexeshasbeenaresearchhotspotinrecentyears. Nitrogen-basedcarbeneligandshavebeenidentifiedaseffectiveligandsfortransitionmetalcomplexes.Thepresenceoftheheteroatomnitrogenprovidesadditionalcoordinationsitesforthemetalcenterandenhancestheelectron-donatingabilityoftheligand. Inthisstudy,weaimedtosynthesizenitrogen-basedcarbeneligandsandtheirrutheniumcomplexesforuseascatalystsinalkyneinsertionreactions. Experimental Synthesisofnitrogen-basedcarbeneligands Nitrogen-basedcarbeneligandsweresynthesizedbythereactionofdiazocompoundsand1,3-diiminoisoindoline.Thereactionwasperformedintolueneatroomtemperatureunderaninertatmosphere.Theproductwaspurifiedbycolumnchromatography. Synthesisofrutheniumcomplexes Thenitrogen-basedcarbeneligandswerethenusedtopreparerutheniumcomplexes.Thereactionwascarriedoutbyaddingtheligandtoasolutionof[RuCl2(p-cymene)]2indichloromethaneunderaninertatmosphere.Themixturewasstirredfor6hoursatroomtemperature,followedbytheadditionoftriethylaminetoextracttheproduct.
