Fiberreinforcedfoamconcreteisanewtypeofporousmaterialwithadvantagesoflightweight,highstrengthandlowthermalconductivity,especiallyinthefieldofbuildingsoundinsulationandthermalinsulation.Inthispaper,wewillexplorethepreparationmethod,materialpropertiesanditsapplicationoffiberreinforcedfoamconcrete.
Firstly,intheaspectofmaterialselection,thispaperwillinvestigatetheselectionoffoamconcretematerials,fiberreinforcedmaterials,andadditives.Secondly,explorethepreparationprocessoffiberreinforcedfoamconcrete,includingrawmaterialtreatment,mixdesignandotheraspects.Finally,testandanalyzethephysical,mechanicalandsoundinsulationpropertiesoffiberreinforcedfoamconcreteasafoundationforexperiments.
Inaddition,thispaperwillalsoanalyzetheapplicationprospectsoffiberreinforcedfoamconcreteinbuildingthermalinsulationandsoundinsulation,includingwallinsulation,roofinsulation,andsoundinsulationtreatment.
